Intro

Welcome to my Bad Taste Bears site. An especially warm welcome to the members Bad Taste Bears Collectors Club and to the members of the Bears Nuts. At this site you'll see all the Bears I've got till this moment. All the pictures are taken at my home and the Bears you'll see are all in my possession. When I receive new bears I will photograph them and put them on the site a.s.a.p.

It all started with Rudi which I bought in a German store in 2001. Until the third Bear it all was more of a joke. But then I became a member of the Bad Taste Bears and the real collecting began.
In Holland, where I'm from, Bad Taste Bears are not very common and there are just a few shops that sell them. It's pretty hard to collect them on this side of the Sea. So I've went to England a few times to buy the more rare Bears or Bears which came out before I start collecting. That's the reason I don't own much of the rare ones. Most of the event Bears I don't have either at the moment cause England is just a bit to far away to go to for every event. My greatest wish at the moment is to meet the creator of the Bears, Peter Underhill!

At the moment I just try to keep up with the current upcoming Bears and take a good look around to see if I can lay my hands on missed Bears. I don't even bother looking for Bears such as Xmas Willy or Rudolph etc. anymore. They're just to expensive. But I won't decline any good offers!!!
